Biography​​

​

​I am a composer, sound designer, music producer, and pianist with roots in jazz, funk, hip-hop, and electronic music. In my early career, I thrived in Zurich’s vibrant nightlife where I, together with Mortiz Gasser, formed Ironmo, the electronic music and DJ duo. 

 

My passion for blending music and storytelling brought me to London. Here, I worked with Elbow Productions, a company that creates immersive experiences through films, interactive games, multi-screen installations, and design projects for museums, heritage sites, visitor attractions, and various commercial, educational, and arts-based initiatives. I have worked on projects such as "The Wing", a visitor centre run by The Battle of Britain Memorial Trust, and a BBC Radio 4 Documentary titled 'A Wing and a Prayer'. I recorded and mixed the sound design for an exhibition at Bletchley Park, the wartime home of GCHQ, which focused on operations on site from 1942 to 1945. This was a pivotal experience that ignited my fascination with the synergy of music and media.

Today, I explore a wide range of musical genres, both classic and contemporary. As part of my studies at the London College of Music, I am delving deeper into orchestral music, expanding my creative palette and refining my craft to create dynamic, immersive soundscapes. 

 

Looking to the future, I am committed to versatility; I want to bridge the world of acoustic instruments, orchestral palette, electronic music, synthesis, and sound design, to explore the boundless possibilities of capturing, shaping and processing sound. Hybrid solutions and blends of different sonic qualities fascinate me and the potential of new discoveries drives me forward. I strive each day to learn more about music, sound, and styles, and discover how they can seamlessly weave into narratives, concepts, and ideas.
